Yoga and Pilates offer amazing health benefits for men, both physical and mental, and during this workshop, Liam will introduce the gents to the benefits & foundations of Yoga. This workshop is great for absolute beginners, or for those who have done Yoga before and would like to revisit the basics.

Have you ever wanted to do Yoga, but have felt too intimidated or unsure how to?

Anyone else sensing the urgency to get more fit for summer?

I’m talking about being so fit that confidence radiates from the inside out because you’re feeling healthy, fit and flexible

With New Years Resolutions just around the corner, I strongly suggest to create good habits now.

Stats show that around 80% of New Gym members in January will quit within 5 months!

I used to create so many blockages for myself with yoga e.g I'm not flexible, im too old to start something new, yoga is for girls, I don't have the time, I'll never be as good as him or her 😄

In time i realised, through practice my flexibility improved and those negative beliefs went away!

I realised: This is something I could do for the rest of my life!🙂💯

Yoga's doesn't discriminate, it doesn't matter if you're male, female or how big or small you are, large or thin.

It does not matter what the person beside you can or can't do, we are all at different stages in our yoga journey and thats ok.

I don't know everything and will forever be a student to yoga and life in general and will continue to learn and grow as time passes.

Don’t let your inner critic stop you from living life. Yoga is an excellent complement to life and to any other discipline you may do.

For 1hr we challenge ourselves mentally and physically. We force ourselves to grow and evolve through the adversities we face during our practice.

We do this wisely as our mind and body awareness increases through our practice over time, helping us to maintain longevity. But we also make time for chill!

A perfect balance and complement to life.
