Surgery today to get rid of my ganglion... affectionately named Freddy by 🥳

When you adapt to only jumping when needed, only 3-4 jumps a day or 10mins of tunnel because your arm tires out too easily...it has affected my mindset a lot to not be at my usual best for and coaching
