General Responsibilities :⁣
- Does Management coordination to all departments inside the organization⁣
- With comprehensive knowledge to Biz Operation works - Marketing, Admin and Customer Service⁣
- A go-to person to support in Accounts, Legal matters and Clients⁣
- Can work well in both team environment and autonomously⁣
- Overall supervision of the team as a whole⁣
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company⁣
- Oversee event creation and checking dates⁣
- Client support⁣
- Team check-ins⁣
- Manages appointments and bookings⁣
- Someone that can create ASANA projects and customer journeys⁣
- Assist during delivery calls⁣
- Develop Sales Scripts⁣

Qualifications :⁣
Would have at least 2-4 years of total ⁣working experience
Available to work Full-time (40 hours per week) Australian timezone⁣
Strong internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher (wired/WIFI) - SPEED TEST ⁣required⁣
A reliable desktop computer/laptop, headset, and webcam⁣
100% availability with no prior commitments or side business⁣
