Haven’t posted in while ! It has been a very busy summer 🌞 Just a sample of the work below

A Scorching 46.8°c ambient temp today with a 58.9 degree roof space temp 🔥 🔥
With predictions as the week goes on to see even higher temperatures , W***y Gilligan and his family can cruise through at a comfortable 24 degrees thanks to the big boy 9.4kw Fujitsu unit

From home Ac services , decommissions and installs to refrigerated truck servicing
and diagnostic fault finding/repairs (thermo king , carrier , icehawk ) and passenger vehicle A/c jobs
compressor swaps , condensers and hose replacements ( fiesta, triton , Isuzu , ranger and hilux to name a few ) . Then scraping the barrel for time to play with my own projects and spend time with my furry mate , been a very busy week !

Weekend job , removed existing system and installed already supplied mitsi heavy industry unit . Up nice and high so the young fellas can still ride there pushies around the area. Very happy customer 😁

This motor was a bit moist. Leaking rear main seal on a Kubota diesel engine.

Costly mistake waiting to happen? Nah we got to it first and replaced it 👍

Mould on the electrical connections stitch up? Not quite, this is what happens when water and electricity mix.

Can you spot the difference? Sheared bolt from an off-engine drive refrigeration system. The pulley decided to go to sleep in its forever bed.

Crank case pressure on a Supra unit managed to spray several litres of oil through a pin hole leak onto the nice shiny truck. Safe to the say that the truck was taken off the road for safety reasons.
