Why we don’t use table salt in EveryMite
Sea salt is produced through evaporation of ocean water or water from saltwater lakes, usually with little processing. Depending on the water source, this leaves behind certain trace minerals and elements. The minerals add flavor and color to sea salt, which also comes in a variety of coarseness levels.
Table salt is typically mined from underground salt deposits. Table salt is more heavily processed to eliminate minerals and usually contains an additive to prevent clumping.

What’s going on here?
Well…we can’t get our usual EveryMite jars at the moment so we have improvised.
We are currently giving away an extra 40g of EveryMite per jar for the same price.
At the moment, it is just in our ‘The Original”.
Depending on how long before we can get the right size glass again will depend on whether we provide this to everyone with the rest of the range.

2 cups almond milk
1 tbsp Pandan Leaf Powder .blue.tea
2 servings Vanilla/Coconut Protein Powder (I used ) - Highly recommend using this for the coconuty taste and protein benefits! Otherwise you may replace almond milk with coconut milk and add some sweetener of choice to taste)

As you know, I am just a mum who created EveryMite (nutrient dense, clean, certified organic “mite” alternative).
This range is in health food stores, some IGAs, and some whole food pharmacies.
I have also created a ‘cold smoked’ range of products which are really unique.
My Cold Smoked Beef Bone Broth is now available in some select Woolworths Supermarkets in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
They are in those “stands “ near the deli, fruit and veg sections.

As I am not a well-known brand they are not selling fast enough for Woolworths and are at risk as a result of being delisted.
My broths are the cleanest on the market.
I do not use extracts of fillers, no numbers or colours.

CHICKEN SALAD JARS WITH BONE BROTH
INGREDIENTS
500 grams diced chicken breast or thigh
4 Tbsp of our Cold Smoked Beef Bone Broth powder
½ cup hot water
¼ cup feta cheese
½ lemon
¼ cup vinegar
½ tsp honey
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp of our Cold Smoked Chilli Salt
1 tsp paprika
¼ cup Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup sliced red onion
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 cup tomatoes diced
1 cup cucumber
Fresh basil
½ tsp black sesame seeds
METHOD
In a pan add in the olive oil then the garlic, ginger, pepper, cold smoked chilli salt and the
paprika and sauté together well then add in the chicken and cook until tender.
Then add in the bone broth to the hot water, stir together well until combined and then add this bone broth water to the chicken and simmer until cooked through. Set aside
Prep your veggies - chop up the lettuce, cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes and assemble in the meal prep jars layering all the ingredients on top of one another then add feta cheese and the cooked chicken on top.
Garnish with basil.
To prep the dressing - add the lemon and the vinegar and the honey together and mix well then add this dressing to each jar of salad and season with salt.
Top with black sesame seeds and more lemon.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

YOGHURT HONEY GRANOLA BOWL
INGREDIENTS
1 cup vanilla yoghurt 2 tsp of our Cold Smoked Honey
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup toasted granola
¼ cup chopped strawberries
METHOD
In a bowl add in the yoghurt mix with the cinnamon and drizzle the honey all over the yoghurt.
Then add in the granola and the strawberries!

Ingredients:
💚 1/3 cup rolled oats
💚 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
💚 Pinch of black pepper
💚 1.5 tsp psyllium husk powder
💚 2.5 tbsp unflavoured protein powder
💚 1/2 cup warm water
💚 1/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed
💚 1 tablespoon vegan cheese
💚 1/3 avocado, mashed with lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Method: Mix the oats, turmeric, pepper, psyllium, protein powder, and water together and let sit for 5 mins for the oats to absorb the liquid. Form a dough and flatten with your hand to make a thin flatbread shape. Fry with a bit of oil on both sides until golden brown. Mash the peas together with the vegan cheese. Spread EveryMite over the wrap, top with the pea mixture, and then the avocado mixture. Roll into a wrap and enjoy!

ANTI INFLAMMATORY TURMERIC HEALING BONE BROTH

4 - 6 tsp of Cold Smoked Beef Bone Broth (cheeky chilli)
1 - 2 cups hot water
½ tsp turmeric
Chopped parsley
2 cups vegetable stock
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp garlic paste
½ lemon
1 tsp Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper
4-6 tsp of Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp white sesame seeds
Method
In a bowl mix together the hot water with the cold smoked bone broth powder and mix
together well until combined. Set aside.
In a pot add the olive oil, the ginger and garlic paste, turmeric and the vegetable stock
then add in the cold smoked sea salt and pepper and the lemon juice and mix
together well then add in the bone broth mixed with hot water simmer for 5-6 minutes
then season with parsley more lemon and sesame seeds.

SMOKED CHILLI SALT CORN RIBS

2-4 people
Ingredients
4 sweet corns in their husk
EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt
Lime wedges to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees bake.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Remove the corn from its husk and snap in half. Use a large sharp knife and on a sturdy surface, slice the corn directly in half lengthways. Slice again. You should end up with 4 thin rib style pieces.
Combine the EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil, smoked paprika, cumin seeds and coriander powder in a small bowl and brush over the corn ribs.
Lay the corn ribs on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the corn is starring to take on a charred appearance.
Serve with extra EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt and wedges of fresh lime.

Ingredients
250g strawberries, rinsed well and sliced finely
2 tablespoons caster sugar
300g goats cheese
3/4 cup walnuts, toasted and crushed
2 sprigs thyme, stems removed
Small handful butterfly pea sprouts, stems removed (optional)
3 tablespoons EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey
EveryOrganics Slow Smoked Salt & Pepper
Sourdough or bread of your choice to serve
Method
Over a low heat on the stovetop, add the strawberries and caster sugar and simmer stirring for a few minutes until glossy and slightly softened. Remove from the heat.
Spread the goats cheese over a serving board of your choice. Top with the strawberries and the remaining toppings.
Drizzle with EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey, sprinkle with a little smoked salt & pepper and serve with sourdough or toasted bread of your choice.

The marinated fish makes this dish, with all the umami, miso flavour and zingy ginger 🤤 The best lunch I’ve had in a while 🤗
dEATS:
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Everymite
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Basa fillet, cut in large chunks
- 1 shallot, finely sliced on an angle
- 75g Lentil, Pea and Cauliflower Prorice
- Garlic clove, sliced thinly
- Greens: broccolini, snow peas and silverbeet, cut in large chunks
- Salt and pepper and red chilli flakes
1. Whisk the ginger paste, olive oil, miso paste, Everymite and rice wine vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and lots of black pepper. Add the fish and toss to coat. Let it sit for 20 mins
2. Bring some water to the boil and cook the Prorice for 10-12 minutes
3. In a large pan, heat some oil and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add the greens and toss, let them cook to caramelise. Season with salt and chilli flakes. Transfer to your serving bowl
4. In the same pan, add you marinated fish. Cook one side for 2 minutes until golden. Flip, and sprinkle with half the shallots and cook for a further 2 minutes until cooked through and the shallots start to caramelise
5. Add the Prorice to the serving bowl and top with the fish. Sprinkle the remaining shallots and black sesame seeds

EveryMite Pizza with Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper
1 pizza base
4-6 tsp EveryMite
2 Tbsp of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Olive Oil
1 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper
3 Tbsp of pizza sauce
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Handful basil to garnish
2 tsp of Italian herbs
Method –
Brush the pizza base with the Cold Smoked Olive Oil then top with EveryMite
Add the pizza sauce then add on Parmesan cheese and garnish with Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper, Italian herbs and basil
Pop into the oven at 185 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
Then garnish with extra fresh basil.
Slice into triangles and Enjoy !
EVERYMITE SPAGHETTI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
½ packet spaghetti
4/6 Tbsp of EveryMite
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley to garnish
2 tsp garlic
½ lemon
2 tsp sour cream
1 tsp onion salt
2 tsp Olive oil
Method
In a pot of water & boil your spaghetti.
In a pan add olive oil, garlic, EveryMite, Parmesan cheese and sour cream plus the onion salt.
Mix together well then add in the spaghetti and mix together well until it gets coated in the sauce. Cook for about 4-6 minutes until the cheese melts and costs the spaghetti.
Serve on a plate and add the spaghetti then garnish with lemon, parsley and more Parmesan cheese.

COLD SMOKED FETA AND BEETROOT DIP
INGREDIENTS
1 cup tinned & blended Beetroot (drained)
¼ cup of our EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp our EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper Salt
1 tsp garlic paste
½ cup feta cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt
½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
½ lemon
Handful basil leaves
METHOD
Mix together in a blender the beetroot, Cold Smoked Olive Oil, Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper, garlic paste, cheese, onion powder, coconut or Greek yoghurt, chilli, lemon, and basil.
Blend well until it comes together like a thick paste. Sprinkle more of our Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper and drizzle more of our cold smoked olive oil
top with some extra feta cheese and chilli flakes.

EVERYMITE CRUNCHY BAKED POTATO
INGREDIENTS
6-8 potatoes
¼ cup EveryMite
1 cup mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Sea Salt
¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Olive Oil
¼ cup melted butter
2 tsp garlic paste
Basil to garnish
METHOD
• In a bowl mix together the EveryMite, Cold Smoked Olive Oil, garlic, melted
butter, Cold Smoked Sea Salt. Mix together well until combined.
• Chop the potatoes into half then pop into a pot of boiling water and let them cook until they are soft then pop them on to a baking dish and smash the potatoes
• Marinate these potatoes with the EveryMite mix prepared.
• Drizzle with more Cold Smoked Olive Oil and butter.
• Pop into the oven at 220 degrees for 35 minutes until they come out golden and crispy
• Then garnish with fresh basil and enjoy the most delicious cheesy EveryMite potatoes.
CHIMMICHURI EGGS WITH COLD SMOKED CHILLI SALT
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 cup spinach
1 cup parsley
½ cup basil
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp onion salt
2 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt
1 lemon squeezed
1 freshly chopped chilli (optional)
¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp coconut sugar
¼ cup water
½ avocado sliced
METHOD
In a blender add in the spinach, parsley, basil and the garlic.
Then add in the onion salt, the EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt, a squeeze of lemon, the fresh chilli, the EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and the coconut sugar.
Then add in ¼ cup water
Blend together well until it comes together like a thick consistency with some texture.
Set aside.
Get a Fryer Pan on the stove top.
Pour a dash of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil then add in the Chimmichuri
Cook for 2-3 minutes then add in the eggs
Garnish with EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt whilst in the pan and cover for 1-3 minutes.
After a few minutes, you are then ready to serve this on sourdough toast with avocado on top

COLD SMOKED CAPSICUM & COTTAGE CHEESE APPETISERS
INGREDIENTS
2 capsicums- thickly sliced
1 tsp of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt
¼ cup of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup cottage cheese
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder or paste
A handful of fresh basil
½ lemon
½ tsp sesame seeds
METHOD
Slice your capsicums thick then make the cottage cheese filling
To make the Cottage cheese filling add together the cottage cheese, EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt and Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon
Mix together well until combined
Then add this filling to each capsicum slice and garnish with basil leaves and sesame seeds.
Then drizzle EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over
The perfect whole food snack or appetiser.
