Great night of boxing last night.
Rhys got a bit of a slow start but came home hard winning rounds 3 & 4 but didn’t get the decision in what was a great fight out of his weight class. Dan put on a clinical performance in the main event to win the ANBF Australian super welterweight title by unanimous decision.
I am so proud of Dan and what he has achieved in a small amount of time and the huge improvements he has made. He is a pleasure to train with his hard work ethic and eagerness to learn and improve.

Happy 17th Anniversary to Nitro Boxing!
We started 17 years ago upstairs in a studio above where the current gym stands now. Many of the clients from up there are still training with us today.
12.5 years ago we expanded into the downstairs space that we are in now and have continued to grow since then.
Thanks to all of our current and past clients. We wouldn’t be here without you all.
Huge thanks to all of our trainers past and present. We have all shared so many good times!

Both the boys put on an awesome performance tonight at 💯

First up we had who had a bit of a slower start in the first round, but coming home strong by putting his punches together well in the 2nd and 3rd and getting the decision against a skilled opponent.

We then had .twiford fighting in his first four rounder fight against the hometown boy from Noosa. John put his punches together well but the judges scored it to the other corner by one point
