Lever Machine in The House!
There are two espresso machines at Espresso Legends. One is the Sanremo Racer which is our main helper, the other one is this lever machine from Victoria Arduino. Because of the complexity of the lever machine, we're not able to manipulate it at rush hours. But when business is slower in the afternoon, we can perform some more espresso-oriented coffee via this beauty. 　 Just take a look at Ken demonstrating and Vince's voice over to know more about it!
