We are very excited to share with you a new addition to the Trella collection, the Jackson Mirror.

The Jackson Mirror is an adaptable, made to order mirror showcasing Trella’s etched brass artisanship. Individual brass tiles are etched, finished, cut to size and inlayed into a brass frame. This fully artisan process leads to a one of a kind motif embellishing the mirror’s borders.

The Jackson Mirror is available in the Ginkgo and Sunburst etch patterns and various hand applied metal patinas. Shown here in highlighted blackened brass with a blackened brass frame.

We are thrilled to announce price reductions across all styles of our Benedict Chandeliers. How did we do this? We have strengthened our partnerships with local vendors to decrease cost of production, increase on hand inventory of components and shorten lead times- all while still providing bespoke made-to-order products specified by you for the needs of your one of a kind project.

Many of Trella’s pieces have the ability to be arranged in multiple configurations. What is shown here captures the moment when the arrangement for a custom five light Benedict Bloom chandelier is decided.

The three tiered Arthur Pendant embraces Trella’s Prussian Blue patina and sunburst etch in grand fashion. An internally lit white glass cylinder illuminates the depth of our various finishes while simultaneously providing a soft accent light. The three tiered Arthur Pendant is made to order giving clients the option to customize the number of tiers and finish configurations.

Trella's Klein pendant in two tone jasper patina and satin brass.

The Jasper patina is created as a byproduct of our in-house etching process. Once a color we worked to prevent from forming post etching, it is now one we have learned to control and love to celebrate on our fixtures.

This results in a piece which perfectly complements the footprint and arrangement of the furniture and space under its soft glow. Each light assembly hangs from a seamless ceiling detail, and with plenty of cloth wrapped cord provided encourages artful swooping linework to your liking. Our modular package is available anywhere from one light assembly to ten and in any configuration in our wide range of finishes.

Trella is a design and fabrication studio focusing on high end lighting, furniture, and furnishings designed by Trella’s co-founders Timothy Mellema (left) and Daniel Termini (right).

With collective backgrounds in art, architecture, furniture making, jewelry making and sculpture, Mellema and Termini design and manufacture a curated collection which celebrates materiality, color, texture, and processes specifically related to artisan metalworking all of which requires a commitment to craft and quality.

Each Trella product is hand made to order allowing clients to select from an expansive range of finishes and configurations, including signature finishes unique to Trella. As a studio, Trella' agile nature allows them to embrace the design challenges of even the most custom projects. Their in house design team is ready to work with clients at every stage of a project from concept to realization.
