This is me on the left probably weighting close to 100kg, I was f**** soft mentally and physically as you can see I grew a pair of f**** ti***es.
I spent a lot of time living my life looking for external validation, trying to build a physique to hide all the emotional s**t I wasnβt dealing with. S**t that was passed onto me and I wasnβt aware of all these fu***ng behaviours and patterns that were playing out in my day to day life.
The crazy thing here is that life will keep putting us in front of people and circumstances to show us where we are not healed. We are going to keep suffering and repeating the same toxic cycles or just staying average, living a mediocre life UNTIL we stop and say enough of this s**t I am meant for more and this is not the life I want to live. Once you get fu***ng real with yourself, brutally honest and start doing things differently, changing behaviours, changing your language, habits, thoughts, setting up standards, then you see life changing and attracting opportunities to you.
You have to know that we can change from a place of love and joy or we can change when things are really bad or messy. And most of us always wait for the second one. If you are not where you want to be and your health is suffering itβs your fu***ng fault. Now you always have choices, you just need to make better choices that will take you where you want to be.
Making the decision to improve my fitness was one of the best things I could have ever done. This journey is not only about building a physique. Fitness will have such a massive impact in many areas of your life.
Change can take place in an instance, when you decide you flip the switch!
