To prepare for your plunge try finishing your showers with cold water the week leading up to your plunge.
When trying Ice Plunge for the first time start with shorter exposure times like 1-2 minutes, then gradually increase the duration as your body adapts to the cold.
As your body adapts increase the times. We recommend 3 minute ice plunge and no more than 10 minutes per session.
