Just another use for our Decadent Chocolate Powders and Delicious Nut Free Dukkahs and Balsamic Vinegars.

Absolutely delicious. I soaked some strawberries 🍓 in the Berries and Vanilla Balsamic. Mixed some Heavenly chocolate powder through whipped cream and sprinkled a dash of Desert Rose dukkah on top! Amazing!

Blueberry & Beetroot cookies.

These cookies are amazing! Recipe is as follows. For non vegan just change to what you would normally use.

125g nuttelex
1/2 cup caster sugar
3 tbsp blueberry and beetroot chocolate powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of egg replacer mixed with 2 tablespoons of water (equivalent to 1 egg)
2 cups self raising flour
Soy milk (or milk of your choice)

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, egg replacer and blueberry & beetroot powder and mix until combined. Sift flour in mixing slowly 1 cup at a time. It may look crumbly if this is the case slowly add milk until it forms a dough again.

Roll into balls and gently press flat on the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for roughly 10 minutes.

Today we had herb & garlic kangaroo kebabs wirh vegetables for lunch..

Before i cooked the kebabs i splashed some flavourista Roasted garlic smash oil on them then sprinkled them with backyard BBQ blend.

Then i used the fig & chocolate balsamic dressing as a sauce
