Honouring ❤

Throughout our life we go through different stages of se%uality. One stage that is often overlooked or not experienced by women is the process/experience of fully honouring her yoni. Which is actually taking time to practice and fully explore your anatomy and learn about your body from a place of awe and respect. It changes everything when you (embody) experience honouring in your body. You can't go back once you have created these brain/body pathways. It changes everything.... especially the way you treat her and the way you allow other people to treat her. I invite you to take time and create a ritual where you connect, admire (mirror) and explore your body/Yoni with the intention of honouring her in all her sacredness. Hello Valentines Day!

Australia is implementing a National Women's Health Strategy 2020-2030 addressing inequalities in health and wellness for girls and women. I was recently part of a consultation with young women asking them about there experience with the medical/health system in Australia for QLD Health. It was really positive to hear the voices of women going to policy makers to create change. Its easy to take from granted how far we have come for women's rights in Australia. I have added a little timeline to put things into perspective :)

Manifesto for an Enchanted Life
