I will still be doing my 60-90 minute sessions, but saw a need to offer a different kind of session that will be a 30 minute pre-booked distance only session on a Monday.
The session will involve an energy clearing & balancing along with a guided message for you personally for the week ahead.
Starting the week with clear, balanced energy is so important to our overall health & wellbeing. Consistent sessions help create positive outcomes, & promotes healing mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually.
