Made a cake for my mum's 60th birthday weekend. Had very little to go off except white chocolate and raspberry mudcake and tropical beach theme.
By the end of the night though we had eaten so much food we were all stuffed! And if I'm honest, some were a little worse for wear 🍹🥳🤪🌺

21st birthday cake for my cousins Mexican themed party. Made chocolate mudcake dulche leche filling, chocolate ganache and cover in a vanilla buttercream.

Bluey birthday cake I made for my daughter's birthday 💙💙💙 Snuck in some veggies and made carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting and vanilla buttercream on the outside with custom bluey sprinkles and lollipops.

Second week all by myself 😍. Got to do a few experiments this week, tried doing cronuts, Portuguese tarts, bicoloured croissants and pain au chocolat. Next week trying pesto twists and apple pie turnovers. 💕

Another satisfied customer! Had the pleasure of making this cake for a very handsome young man. It's his favourite character from his favourite tv show Lotti Dotti. Inside was white chocolate mudcake with raspberries and I was told the birthday boy had a very blue tongue afterwards 🤣.

Such a pretty cake! Loved making this cake I think it turned out sahhhh pretty! Inside was a rainbow cake (wish I had gotten a picture of the it) with vanilla buttercream, sprinkles, pink chocolate drip and chocolate shards. Was tickled pink being invited to celebrate this little girls first birthday and I know my little girl had lots of fun too.

Deceptively simple looking cake but I was challenged by making this a dairy free cake. Inside is white chocolate mudcake with strawberry jam and vanilla "buttercream". Definitely learnt a few things making this cake but am so happy with the taste! 🥰

A beautiful cake for a beautiful young lady. For another cousins 21st this year, you know you're getting old when your younger cousins are turning 21! Was given the brief of red velvet, colour scheme and Australian natives. 🌺🌿🌺🌿 .

What do you do with excess cake batter? Chuck some frozen blueberries and lemon zest in it and make some muffins! Our house smells soooo good! .

Had two cake orders for this weekend, this one was from one of my mum group mum's little boys first birthday! She wanted a monster cake and he turned out so cute with his little baby teeth!

Fresh batch of lactation biscuits out of the oven. I've really noticed a drop in my milk supply since doing more hours at work this week, I've been too busy to bake more but I'm not ready to give up on breastfeeding yet.

When you're working part-time, a mum and need more time in the day to be able to do everything! Trying to get cakes baked and decorations made for some cakes next week, now that bub is only sleeping twice a day and on the move there's not much time these days.

What a privilege it was to make this cake for such a beautiful couple. Absolutely loved making this cake and getting artsy with the 24 karat gold.

When you've done all your baking for the week and it's not even 10am.
Love this brownie, has the crunch of walnuts and a bit of everything for a brownie lover - chewie fudge centre or soft sponge exterior and crunchy crust.
Made another batch of museli bars, this time using nuts, mixed dried fruits and seeds. Also made these vegan by using dates, banana and golden syrup to bind them together. All I have left to do is cut and drizzle with dark chocolate.
Finally nailed the Anzac biscuits!! I like mine chewy and a fun fact I made these dairy free by using coconut oil instead of butter.

Just a bit of baking, probably lots of left overs.. But that's okay, think I can handle this challenge. 😋
