Hi all

Today I made a Sportglide Pannier holder. It is designed to be screwed onto a wall to hold the pannier.
The dimensions are approx 200mm x 35mm x 48mm. The holes were meant to be 6.25mm diameter with an 8mm countersink but ended up being about 5.5mm with a 7.5mm countersink. The holes in the spindles don't go through the bar as A. my 3d design skills aren't that advanced and B. are there for a guide to drill.

In the pannier is a HD toolkit and there was no flex or warping of the pannier holder.

Will check clearances with pannier stay to see if these can be screwed directly onto a wall or will need a wooden batten to bring them out from wall more.

The dragon glows in the dark

After a couple of failed starts, the dragon lives. Some post printing clean up and it's finished.

Re-started the previously failed print, this time with some bed adhesion.

Hopefully the small individual parts won't move and will join up as a completed print.

Sometimes 3d printing doesn't go as planned. A part moved. Print bed was cleaned.

Will use some additional bed adhesion before trying again.
