Day 1 | Prayer and Fasting: THE COUNCIL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Scripture:
“But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” John 14:26 (NIV)

Confession:
Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Today as I fast and pray with my father Major 1, I completely surrender myself to your will and subjection. I fully dedicated myself to you Lord to have your way in me. Take over my tongue and mind as I seek your face in this 14 days fasting, In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Morning Prayers:
□Holy Spirit, teach me how to walk in accordance to your will. Enable me not to do things out of empathy, panic or because of my current situation, but let your Spirit be my guide and comfort in Jesus' Name, Amen.

□In this year, teach me how to walk with you Lord, teach me how to take care of my calling, marriage, family, businesses, career and all that you have placed in my care. I cannot do it without you Lord. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

□In this year, Holy Spirit, remind me when I have missed my way. I depend on you Lord. Be my light in every path I shall take in this year. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

□Holy Spirit give me wisdom on how to do things this year. May I walk in pure discipline motivated by you. Be my inspiration and drive in 2023. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

□Dear Lord, I need You today. I need Your direction. Your counsel. And I need Your wisdom. I believe that You, the Counselor, are in me. Guide me this year in Your will. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

The prophetic word, combined with a person’s faith, is unstoppable. I therefore prophesy, you will be restored 10 times this year.

DESPISE NOT PROPHECY

[Sunday, 22 January 2023]

Scripture of the Day:

“Do not spurn the gifts and utterances of the prophets [do
not depreciate prophetic revelations nor despise inspired
instruction or exhortation or warning].” - 1 Thessalonians
5:20 (AMPC)

Message:

Prophecy is a prediction of future events, based on the mind
of God. The Bible says in Amos 3:7,
“Surely the Lord God will do nothing without revealing His
secret to His servants the prophets.” Most believers think
prophecy is for believers of old, however, Apostle Paul urges
us, “to pursue love and desire spiritual gifts, but especially
that you may prophesy” (1 Corinthians 14:1 NKJV). Can you
believe that even in this day, there are believers who do not
value prophecy? From the scripture of the day, the Bible
emphasises that you should not reject, refuse or even turn
down words from a Prophet sent by God; rather that you
should take it as something you can completely rely on.

Prophecy brings in light and direction.

It is important to consider that no prophecy or scripture
came about by the prophets’ own interpretations. Prophecy
never had its origin by human will, it was birthed by the influence of the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:20-21 NIV). “God is not
a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of
man, that He should feel repentance or compunction
[for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do
it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good?” (Numbers 23:19 AMPC). It is therefore key for you to have
revelation that God speaks through His prophets.

Action Point:

When you have received a prophecy, guard it with all
diligence. Prophecy is a spiritual gift to the church to edify
you, so pay attention to it. Take heed of the instructions and
intercede over them until what was prophesied comes to
pass.

Prayer:

Oh Lord, thank You that I am prophetic. I declare, from
today, I will guard the word of prophecy that You have given
me, with all diligence. Help me Lord to work out what You
have declared over my life, and not to shift my focus from
the word You have given me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

WORK WITH EXCELLENCE

Scripture of the Day:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord,not for human masters since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the LordChrist you are serving.”
Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV)

Message:
Every day, I get many prayer petitions from people looking for jobs, or something to do. You have heard innumerable testimonies of how people got jobs, or something to do, after I had prayed for them. This year, you must plan to be the best minister of the gospel, or employee at your company, or business. God wants us to be people of excellence.He wants us to be shining models in whatever we do (Daniel 6:3–4). The Jesus Nation is all about taking over and dominating. You will not take over if you are not living a life of excellence. As an employee, you must be the best employee in your company. You must be relied upon.You must be a solution provider no matter your position.

Remember you are working unto the Lord and God expects the best from you. I am not impressed to see some employees who lapse into mediocrity in the workplace. At the end of the year, the same people pray for promotion; they pray for a salary increase. That is futile and can never work. Our God is a God of excellence. He does not condone mediocrity.Employees in the Jesus Nation distinguish themselves wherever they go.They will strive to be the best employees they will not compromise; they will be role models; and they will take pride in their work.

Action Point:
Today, decide to be excellent in everything you do.Examine how you work. Are you an employee of excellence or of mediocrity? Remember our God is a God of excellence.He only blesses excellence. Ask God to help you live a life of excellence and strive to do the same. Then God will reward you and will give you what you should receive.

Prayer:
Dear God of Major 1, thank You for today’s Word. I pray that You help me change my attitude. I want the spirit of excellence that was found in Daniel to be in me. Help me to represent You well in the workplace, in ministry,
and in business; in Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.

ISAAC ANOINTING

Scripture of the Day:
“Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year hundredfold, and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and
continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him.” - Genesis 26:12-14 (NKJV)

Message:
The Isaac anointing is an anointing that represents the blessing that God bestowed upon Isaac’s life.

When you look at the kind of life that Isaac had, you will learn that he was a man of prayer (Genesis 24:68). When his wife was barren, the Bible says he prayed for her to conceive (Genesis 25:21). Isaac walked with God and
he obeyed God’s commands, and in return, God restored him, blessed him, and preserved him (Genesis 36:37).

One of the most famous blessings that we have ever seen in the Bible, includes that blessing that God gave in Genesis 26-28. Isaac was a great and wealthy man.

When you receive the Isaac anointing, you walk in Godly boldness; God blesses your life and family; you become relentless in your pursuit of the kingdom; you are anointed to prosper in all that you do; you can discern and be aware of what is happening around you; God blesses you with the multiplication of assets and properties; you become fruitful, and God
fulfills all His promises in your life.

Action Point:
Study the Bible to learn the life that Isaac lived. Focus on what God loved about his lifestyle, and note it down.

Make a list of the promises and blessings that God gave to Isaac. Take them and read them out loud as proclamations.

Prayer:
Oh God of Major 1, I thank You for the teaching of the Isaac anointing.
Today, I declare, just as You promised Isaac that his offspring shall multiply, so shall my family grow and increase. May every seed I sow germinate and multiply. I thank You for directing my steps to the lands where I will be blessed, in Jesus' mighty Name. Amen.

God is taking your ashes and turning them to beauty. He is taking your sorrow and turning it to joy. He is transforming your downfall into a rising. This is a month to remember. Get ready to testify!

Let me say this again: GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION! Keep pushing in prayer until you see that miracle.
