The 2023 mid-autumn moon cake boxes and the popular sun cakes are ready for order.
We are hoping to share the delicious and authentic home-made pastries from our kitchen to your home during this festive time.

The products on offer this year are
(1) mung bean moon cake, using CornerBakery-made Australian mung bean filling made with Pepe Saya butter.
(2) Red bean matcha mochi puff, using CornerBakery-made Australian red bean filling made with Pepe Saya butter and organic matcha powder
(3) Taro mochi puff, using CornerBakery-made Australian taro filling made with Pepe Saya butter and purple sweet potato power

Pickup dates: 3/9 (Sunday), 10/9 (Sunday), 16/9 (Saturday), 17/9 (Sunday), 23/9 (Saturday)
Pickup time: 10:00 to 11:30 in the morning

We offer two different sizes of the pastry pack:

We are preparing for the moon cakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival and will be providing more details next week.

For this year, we are making a new mung bean moon cake (綠豆酥) to go along with the popular Taro mochi matcha puff (芋頭麻糬酥) and red bean matcha mochi puff (抹茶紅豆麻糬酥) as a package.

At this stage, we will look at organising four moon cake batches in September.

Our financiers are made using organic matcha, organic honey, organic cocoa, as well as black tea from far North Queensland.

Financier, the gold bar looking French almond cake will captivate your senses from every and first bite. The light and moist inside with a caramelised crisp exterior fresh out of the oven is exquisite. The texture of the eggshell-like exterier of this delicious French cake will soften as time goes by, creating another sensational indulgence experience.

The 2022 mid-autumn festival pastries are ready for order. We are hoping to share the delicious and authentic home-made pastries from our kitchen to your home during this festive time.

The products on offer this year are
(1) Mung Bean Puff, using home-made Australian mung bean and Pepe Saya butter.
(2) Red bean mochi matcha puff, using home-made red bean paste and organic matcha powder
(3) Taro mochi puff, using home-made taro paste and organic purple sweet potato power

Pickup dates: 27/08, 03/09, 10/09 (Saturday)
Pickup time: 10:00 to 12:00 in the morning

We offer two different sizes of the pastry pack:
A: 6 packs for $25, with two (2) of Mung bean puff, two (2) of Red bean mochi matcha puff and two (2) of Taro mochi puff
B: 9 packs for $37, with three (3) of Mung bean puff, three (3) of Red bean mochi matcha puff and three (3) of Taro mochi puff

Storage:
(1) Three days in room temperature
(2) 15 days in freezer (unfreeze in room temperature)

Order method: Please send us a message to let us know your order details and date (for example, Pick Up on 27/08 for 2 x B and 1 x A)

大家期待已久的2022中秋月餅盒開團了，希望可以把我們家天然美味的食物帶給大家，數量有限，滿單結團。

（一）綠豆椪：澳洲本地綠豆、與Pepe Saya奶油自家製作的手工綠豆餡
（二）抹茶紅豆麻糬酥：有機抹茶粉、與澳洲本地紅豆 + Pepe Saya奶油自家製作的手工紅豆餡
（三）芋頭麻糬酥：有機紫薯粉、與澳洲新鮮芋頭製作的手工芋頭餡

開團日期：27/08、03/09、10/09 (星期六)
取貨時間：上午10:00-12:00

月餅盒內容：
A：小盒六入裝25元 （綠豆椪*2+抹茶紅豆麻糬酥*2+芋頭麻糬酥*2）
B：大盒九入裝37元 （綠豆椪*3+抹茶紅豆麻糬酥*3+芋頭麻糬酥*3）

保存方法：
(1) 室溫三天
(2) 冷凍十五天(室溫解凍即可食用。)

Working with a new oven is like learning a new language. You try to apply all the vocabs to the new setting. We are quick learners so things are progressing very well after 200+ of various items of trial and error.

These are Mung bean puff (綠豆椪) with home-made Australian mung bean paste and the red dot in the middle is from organic beetroot for decoration.

We will publish all the order details tomorrow.

There has been a bit of equipment issue and we are waiting on the new oven to arrive on Monday. Once tested by around mid week next week, we will promptly announce details of the moon cake for this mid-autumn festival's orders. We know everyone's anxiously waiting on this and sorry about the delay.
