🌟 Hey there, wonderful folks! It's time for some exciting news. We're thrilled to announce our upcoming 12-Week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Program, and we'd love for you to join us on this transformative journey. 🌈
Life can be a rollercoaster, and we get it. Sometimes, emotions can feel like a wild storm, relationships may puzzle us, and stress can be overwhelming. But here's the good news: you don't have to navigate these challenges alone and you CAN learn skills to help you through it all.
Plus, did you know that you might be eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per year with a valid GP referral for the program? (and that this is separate from any individual sessions you get Medicare rebates for)
All sessions are held in our practice in Isaacs ACT 4:30pm-6:30pm. This next intake will be beginning on Tuesday 24th September and will run for 12 consecutive weeks.
To secure your spot, we ask for a deposit covering half of the course fees ($510 due by day 1 of the program), with the rest due in week 4 of the program.
