The Kb clean & press to deadlift is a strong combo; a must do for all round strength and power.
Kb swing ladder in this cold and wet Saturday morning:
20kg 10R/10L; 24kg 10R/10L; 28kg 10R/10L; 32kg 10R/10L; 36kg 10R/10L; 40kg 10R/10L. Good for back and grip strength.

This is a challenge; do 3 rounds.
They called this the man maker:
Pushup to renegade row to clean and squat and press with 32s Kbs; do as many sets as you want, try it.
Playing with the 40kg. The kettlebell jerk is a must do exercise for all round strength.
World record; 182 reps in 10 minutes.
Last session of the 2023. I said it before and I say it again: strength without mobility is useless; let’s keep working on that.

Extended swings, good for explosive power.

Bb shoulder press, 4,6 x 8 sets = 80 reps
Kb rows, 4,6 x 6 sets = 60 reps
Bb lunges, 4;6R/4,6L x 4 sets = 40R40L
Face pull, 50 reps
Pull aparta, 50 reps
Neck harness, 50 reps
Neck flexion, 50 reps.
Today’s workout: simple and effective session.
Clean & press, 4,6 x 6 sets = 60
Kb rows, 4,6 x 4 sets = 40
Squat, 4,6 x 4 sets = 40

Not counting warm-up sets; and no red kbs today.
Long cycle to deadlift, one of my favorite combos, and Kb sn**ches for power endurance.
5 awesome exercises for power and strength the Soviets used in the 80s to dominate in wrestling; still work today.
Kettlebell lifting forever.
From today’s workout:
Deadlift 180kg for 3 reps, light weight.
From today’s workout:
Some barbell cleans for power. Light weight.
From today’s workout; a body weight combo for agility, explosiveness and fitness.
The kettlebell press, a must do for upper body strength. A few sets with a couple of 32s will do the job for now.
From today’s workout:
Squats and Kb clean & presses are a must in my weekly routine.
It’s important to have a strong neck.
From yesterdays and today session:
Kb sn**ch, 3L/3R to burpee variation, 30 rounds.
Kb overhead combo:
Kb press, 5 reps
Kb push press, 5 reps
Kb jerk, 5 reps
10 rounds.
The deadlift is a must in my weekly routine.
This is usually Monday’s workout every week; these are my go to exercises for strength, sometimes I add deadlift but usually I perform it on a different day.
