Apart from my edible printer, I have added a new cool way to decorate my cakes with my food grade cricut machine. It will make my work more precise, and I can offer edible topper to those who wants to decorate their own cake 🥰. I still have to get my hands around it to get more practice but edible personalised name made with fondant to come out soon.

PS, my model is so excited to play with this cuts, and eat it afterwards. 😋

I honestly think cake makers have a lot of skills. We can be a plasterer to know how to make a smooth finish on the cake, a brick layer to know how to stack and level each cake, we can be a sculptor to know how cut shape a round cake into 3D animal, car, or something else that a client required. And at times, we can be a florist to know how to arrange a flower properly on a cake to look stunning. I love my craft, and I honestly enjoys every cake I make. I always feel privileged when a client comes to me to ask for a cake because they put their trust to me, a stranger to most of them to create something that will complete the occasion because let's be honest cake is one of the centrepiece on a party.

I love everything about this cake.
this is made within 2days. 🥰 (Baking, decorating and elephant topper)
And the fact that we just been in Thailand and having to come back and make this cute elephant topper is a sign that we must go back! 😅.
Trying to make the situation lighter as this has been a stressful day, nonetheless i have manage to get this cake out of my home and make its way to make a young boy happy on his birthday!
