We’re not normally one for the ‘BEFORE AND AFTER’ shot, but.... 🤔

Young Lachy deserves a pat on the back! 🙌

Please don’t get lost on the body transformation, that is never our goal here. What you need to understand is that Lachy plays positions in rugby league and union that require a high level of impact.

He has some lofty goals for his sport, and to get there he will come up against some strong and powerful humans!

In 18 months since starting with us, Lachy has done AT LEAST 4 sessions per week. Week in, week out...

As a result, he has increased his body mass by 20kg, improved his bench press by more than 15kg, improved his deadlift by more than 40kg, amongst a range of other performance improvements.

Well done mate. 🙌✨💪

Bentleigh Greens

Over the last 8 weeks, Coach Kade has been running speed, agility and conditioning sessions for the young Soccer players at Bentleigh Greens Soccer Club!

It was fantastic to see them achieve personal best scores on 20m, pro shuttle, vertical jump and overhead throw during the final testing session!

We wish the team all the best as they finish their season over the coming weeks! 🙌

Congratulations to ACE Mount Waverley star Volleyball athlete Jayvier Ying Zheng on his selection into the U15 Victorian Volleyball team for 2023. 🏐

Jayvier has been working hard to increase his vertical jump and agility to best prepare himself for the selection process and upcoming National championships!

We look forward to watching Jayvier’s development over the coming weeks and seeing him dominate at the championship! 🏅🙌

Today we bid farewell to an O.G 😢

Keira, or Kdub as she’s affectionately now known, has literally been with us since the first day we opened our doors in Coffs Harbour!

From that first day at performance testing with her rep basketball team, to the follow up speed education day, then hanging on for dear life through covid lockdowns, broken fingers, backs and shoulders, a full head of hair one day and gone the next - Kdub has been an integral part of our life here in Coffs Harbour.

Thems the breaks in this industry… we get to work with awesome kids, who grow up to be awesome young adults, and eventually move on to awesome opportunities that they’ve worked so hard for!

Keira departs for the US tomorrow, to chase a basketball dream that she so greatly deserves!

We’re super sad to see you go Kdub, but know that you have what it takes. You’re already a superstar in our eyes 👊🏼 go show the rest of the world

We’re excited to announce that our industry leading Speed & Agility coaching and knowledge, will now be readily available to all performance coaches through our ASCA accredited course…

‘Speed & Agility: A Practical Course to Develop Your Coaches Eye’

This 1 day workshop course will aim to develop and evolve a practitioner’s coaching ability in relation to Speed, Agility and Change of Direction (COD) movements. It will give the practitioner ‘real’ practical experience coaching and performing Acceleration drills and mechanics, COD movements and mechanics, and how to turn those COD movements into Agility drills relevant to sport.
The course will contain a mixture of theory-based learning, and ’hands on’ practical experience doing and coaching these performance elements.
