Hello old friends, it’s been a while !

After a much needed break I’m elated to announce a new project coming to .es_ in Brunswick!!

A more refined and slightly different take on what you knew at Paradise Alley, this little pop up won’t be focused on any one cuisine
(don’t worry, there will still be Latin flare!)

We’ll be bringing you more polished, local produce & seasonality driven share plates to enjoy in Theodore’s awesome wine bar & restaurant.

If you missed us you won’t be disappointed, so come say hi, we can’t wait to feed you again!

Kicking off Thursday 27th October and going til the end of the year (at least!) and will be doing lots of fun wine and beer events, so stay tuned !

Ahoy Pals !!!!
We have a HUGE announcement, that’s both sad and exciting…

After 5 years of ridiculously awesome times feeding you, hanging out with you, meeting new friends, dancing to Toto -Africa on the bar (the list can go on forever)

we have decided to have a break and move on to othe pastures.
Not sure which ones yets, but I promise we won’t be gone forever and the next era will be just as exciting as the last!

Thank you to everyone who has come in and supported us over the years and thank you to the amazing staff, past and present, for all their help in making the kitchen run so smoothly week in and week out. And a very very special thank you to for helping to facilitate the dream of a little Latin kitchen in Collingwood a reality.

We will be trading at Paradise Alley until SUNDAY 26th June. So if you need to come in for a taco to keep you going til we pop up again or just wanna come say bye or have a negroni shot with us please do!!

Minimum 3 years cooking experience and permanent residents/citizens only please.
