Today marks the end of a truly transformational journey for me! Over the last three months, I’ve dedicated my time and energy to overhauling my life through the wonderful @metabolicbalance_anz program. And boy, has it been worth it! Through daily habit changes, I’ve gained so much more than just a healthier lifestyle. I now have more time for myself and my family, while feeling more energised, focused, and confident than ever before. But that’s not the only thing that’s changed. My family has also transformed our eating habits, giving us all a new skillset when it comes to food and allowing us to explore exciting new dishes and ingredients. I’ve discovered my love for goats cheese and avo on rye-vitas, pumpkin cheesecake breaky jars, barramundi salad, and so much more; things I wouldn’t have imagined enjoying just a few months ago. Going forward, I’m committed to following the basic 8 rules that I’ve learned throughout the program. With a 5-hour break between meals, no eating past 9 pm, 12-hour overnight fasting (twice a week for 14 hours), and always starting with protein before eating anything else, I’m confident that I’ll be able to maintain my progress and continue on this journey of self-discovery. Thank you for joining me on this journey, and I look forward to checking in with my support group and following up with my nutritionist/naturopath Mel @one_life_health in the future! 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 a little woo woo is needed to help soothe the ears & keep the chest clear for a flight ✈️ ahead.
