🗣️We love helping the community but now we need your help!!! 🐈⬛ Mickey found himself at the pound 2 weeks ago. Whilst trying his hardest to survive the harsh street life he was injured and left with a broken hind leg. Ouch! 😣 Mickey had no choice but to keep fighting to survive and his broken leg now needs to be amputated. 💔Like many animals that find themselves at any pound Mickey was due to be euthanised mainly due to his medical condition. It is hard enough trying to find room in rescue groups for healthy animals let alone one with a broken leg. 😻🫶🏼Thankfully little Mickey won the heart of one of the DACS crew. Mickey’s soft and gentle nature was like no other. 🏥 Mickey is currently in foster care however his fate is uncertain 😔 He requires his back leg to be amputated. 🏦 DACS has exhausted its funds into helping the community desex their pets to help lower the euthanasia rate in the NT.
