🌟🎉 We are still buzzing with excitement! 😄✨ Last week, our amazing team gathered for a fantastic team-building day at JMJ Disability, where our incredible staff and NDIS participants came together for a day of fun, engagement, and building a strong community spirit. 🙌❤️ One of the things that sets JMJ Disability apart is our dedication to creating a safe and fun work environment for everyone involved. We believe that when our staff have high morale, motivation, and feel truly engaged, the quality of care we provide for our participants soars to new heights. And boy, did we see that in action during our recent team-building event! The laughter and joy that filled the air were contagious. 🤣✨ It was heartwarming to see how our participants bonded with our staff members, fostering a sense of trust and friendship. Yesterday was a truly wonderful day at the All Abilities Expo, and JMJ Disability Serv Pty Limited (“JMJ”) was thrilled to be part of such a fantastic event. We were delighted to see so many services come together to network, engage, and take proactive steps to ensure inclusivity for people with disabilities. At JMJ, we believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities and access to the support they need to live their lives to the fullest. That's why we're passionate about providing services that empower people with disabilities to achieve their goals and participate fully in their communities. One of our key areas of focus is the NDIS, which is making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities all across Australia. We're proud to be a registered NDIS provider and to be able to offer our clients access to the support they need to achieve their goals and live happy, fulfilled lives. Looking ahead, we're excited to be expanding our services, which means we'll be able to deliver even more support and care to people with disabilities across Australia. Thank you to each one of you and you were so amazing during the year end party. The fun, the laughter, the warmth, and the love for each other clearly defines who we are as JMJ. Many thanks to the people behind the scene. Most especially to our CEO Maria Gumban, who desires nothing but the happiness of as many people as JMJ can. Thank you so much to Jeara and Cath. You made the event successful despite the very short notice. They acted as replacement, and they just smashed it! Their professionalism, positive attitude, and a great tandem was so evident pre-, during, and post event. To our operations managers, Lester, and Christine, you’ve done extremely well. Hats off to Christine and team in Katherine. Of course, Sheryl who was co-captaining the team as this plan was executed. The smiles and happiness of our Katherine participants were overwhelming despite the heavy logistics of making this happen. I so admire the house leaders who stepped up and to those staff who was willing to answer the call of duty. To Rema and Jade, our HR team, they ensure smooth slow of the event through registration and making sure everyone has been ushered to the event. Thank you to all people involved in the planning and execution of our Year End party – Marishty, Kalyan, Malcolm, Kristina, Lydeth, and Pradip. To all awardees, the award is only a tangible sign of our gratefulness. We are forever proud and thankful for the effort and commitment and your value add to the organisation. You are all awesome!
