Thank you everyone for coming along and having some fun! This crawl was our biggest one yet with 60 crawlers drinking and having fun!!

Welcoming in the new medical year with a new mission statement for FUSSNT!

As we go into 2024 we look to build on the momentum we had last year with our major events such as Women in Surgery, Scrub Crawl, and suture night. We hope to keep things rolling and hit this year hard with a revigorated and refreshed team.

With an umbrella goal of making the most of 2024, we go into more detail in the post below including our mission, vision, values, and goals. We aim to post an update on our goals each year to hold ourselves accountable and allow for input from NTMP students.

The 2024 RACS Women in Surgery essay competition is now open!

This year's topic is 'How should surgeons both as individuals and a college be responsible for addressing barriers to diversity and inclusion in surgery and/or surgical training?

Entries accepted from women medical students including those in their final year of study in 2023.

Essays are limited to 1000 words and entries close 11 December.
