You can help communities like the Marshall Islands by reducing unnecessary waste. KitAid Australia reduces waste in the football community by recycling pre-loved kit to communities in need ♻️👕🌏
Head to our website to see how you can help make an impact 📲
KitAid Australia gives pre-loved kit new life by transporting them to communities in need. This practice also helps reduce the amount of football gear that ends up in landfill every year.
Minimising landfill and increasing the amount we recycle is crucial for both our people and the planet ♻️👕

KIT RECEIVED!
This video is of kit donated in Darwin helping communities in Guruve North Province, Zimbabwe!
Once the kit is received by the community in need, our local contact will help distribute the kit among teams and organised football groups within the community. This helps reduce barriers and enable their local teams to participate in the world game.
FOLLOW THE KIT: PART 2
TRANSPORTING THE KIT!
Transporting donated kit is the hardest challenge for Kit Aid Australia.
The associated costs and limited transportation options to regional and rural communities make it difficult to find low-cost-effective ways to transport large volumes of kit.
We rely on donations and local transportation partnerships to help us get the kit to communities in need.
If you think you may be able to help us transport kit to a local community in need or if you would like to fundraise for Kit Aid Australia, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
FOLLOW THE KIT: PART 1
COLLECTING THE KIT
The first part of the Kit Aid journey is collecting kit from clubs.
Once a club has expressed interest and collected kit, we will help connect and organise the kit to be transported to a community in need.
Recently, we were able to transport kit from Hellanic FC in Darwin, Revesby Rovers in NSW and Garden City Raiders in QLD to Guruve North Province, Zimbabwe!
If your club wants to get involved and donate, please email us at [email protected]
Thank you to our inaugural Ambassador Club - Hellenic Athletic Club in Darwin for your continued support and very generous donations to KitAid Australia.
Recent kit collections have collected boots, jerseys, shorts, and hundreds of full-set kits over 2 years to help communities in need from Arnhem Land Northern Territory to Zimbabwe.
It's more than just a shirt!

Kit Received!
Darwin to Guruve North Province, Zimbabwe
We were contacted by Patience Ganga who is from Guruve province and wanted to get some football kit to send back home to her community who love football but had very little in the way of kit.
KitAid forwarded boxes of jerseys that had been kindly donated by our partner clubs, Hellenic AC in Darwin, Revesby Rovers in NSW and Garden City Raiders in Toowoomba Qld. With Patience's help we were able to get the kit to her brother in Zimbabwe to distribute to the community.
Thank you to all Involved.

A generous individual donation of Red Devils Football Academy kit from Jodi Fleming that will soon be on its way to help Pacific Island communities that share the love of Football that we do ⚽️
We are delighted to have Clare Wheeler join the KitAid Australia team as Ambassador.
Our values are really strongly aligned and we want to team up and kick goals to make a difference.
Football does and can make a difference and makes life that little bit better. KAA and Clare are doing their little bit knowing that it becomes a big bit for our recipients’ quality of life.
Currently playing for Everton and the Australian Women’s National Team, Clare is a great Ambassador for Football, our communities and for women and girls participation and empowerment.
We look forward to kicking lots of goals together with Clare and there will be some exciting announcements coming very shortly regarding new partnerships and initiatives that we have already been working on.
It’s more than just a shirt 👕⚽️
Wishing you and yours all the very best for 2023, a heartfelt thanks to all our supporters, contributors, partners and everyone who has helped us help our communities, bringing hope and dignity through the beautiful game ⚽️❤️
