So we have been very quiet lately because my life has been busy travelling with our amazing Wheelchair basketball athletes and becoming a Grandma for the first time my picnics have suffered …….sorry to everyone trying to book with limited spaces 😱 Last night we enjoyed hosting a ❤️ 25th birthday ❤️ 19th wedding anniversary ❤️ A proposal Was a lovely night enjoyed by all and we learning to deal with the fence in the view by adding some greenery and fairy lights. Friday night we got to Set up for Jake’s 30th birthday. Was such a roller coaster of a night (moving from indoor to outdoor, personal things happening, then poor Jake arrived with a very upset tummy, and my helpers first night and he smashed it - well done Jarvis ) His mates became famous with their out their costumes But all together we got there and enjoyed a lovely Night Happy birthday again Jake ❤️❤️
Saturday night was the start of our sunset picnics season. Due to the unpredictable weather we ended up setting up in a studio for this 21st at the last minute. Something we’ve never done before is home setups but was very happy with how it turned out and glad they decided to go indoors as it rained at Cullen Bay. Glad you enjoyed your 21st birthday Jailen ❤️
Today we say goodbye to the indoor function side of our business. Sitting here reflecting on some amazing times we created for a lot of you in here makes me smile and proud!! It’s so empty and quiet here right now compared to some on those amazing events we held ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the support over the last 2.5years enjoying this unique little idea we had that grew into a very successful part of our business. Time to literally close the door on that side and concentrate on the sunset picnics and catering side. We are in transition at the moment but will release where our new premises will be very soon - in the meantime the sunset picnics will operate from Porkies Milkbar at 5/52 Marina Boulevard Let’s enjoy this dry season outdoor on the lawns Love to all Kez and Trudi ❤️❤️
