A couple of my favourites for improving sleep - Divine Dreaming tea and Rejuva Sleep Forte😴

These days it seems lots of my clients have disrupted sleep patterns, ranging from trouble getting to sleep, waking frequently, night sweats, and the list goes on….
I think it’s important to work on regulating cortisol throughout the day, calming down the stress response so that once bedtime comes around the body and mind are relaxed and it’s easier to drift off to sleep. So when I’m talking to a client with sleep issues I’ll be giving them herbal/ nutritional/ lifestyle support during the day and then look at night remedies that can help them drop into a peaceful deep sleep 💤

A couple of the lifestyle recommendations I’ll usually recommend are no caffeine in the afternoon, no screens for at least 45 mins before bed and magnesium salts/ lavender essential oil baths (when it’s not hot!)
My favourites remedies for improving sleep quality are my Divine Dreaming tea, Rejuva Sleep Forte tablets or a personalised herbal sleep tonic and / or a sleep magnesium💜😴
