Just finished a bathroom in NSW. See the before and after pictures below.

Saved the hotel some cash by repairing the front paving that had been dislodged by tree roots growing under.

Our work throughout London

Just done a bathroom with high ceilings, hard work but amazing when a customer pays you more than you quoted because the result was more than they expected.

A lot of people miscalculate labour costs by omitting the process of preparation and removal of old stuff where that is involved. I always ask my customers to look around for quotes; because I have made a name for myself; the quality of my work is exceptional.

I offer a long after sales service sometimes completely free of charge because the last thing I want is a discontent customer.

However I have realised that it's better to move away from customers who want cheap solutions in place of durable ones.

My reputation was scarred recently when a customer forgot that they had put their cheap solution request in writing and I had kept the comms.

They blamed me for the results which I had predicted again in writing and the surprise on their face when I produced the evidence in front of their friends was astounding.

I regretted embarrassing them but because they were tarnishing my image, it was them who refused to heed my advice.

So from now own I will still be your friend but never expect me to compromise quality for our friendship because as always.

Kitchen extension in progress from scratch. When you finally have water in the tap I start the groundwork here. The toilet when you finally flush it, that shower when you relax after work, it starts from the sleeper floor.

I just love what I do!!
