We had the privilege of working with a body of the most amazing grass fed jersey beef from Lake Janis Farm, in the south west of WA, now available at Cutting Edge Butchers, we sampled some scotch fillet for dinner, heavenly. So proud to be able to bring you all this product.

We are now stocking Lake Janis grass fed beef, we just broke down our first body and it is the best beef we’ve seen, absolute perfection, and it from right here in WA

Back into this morning to get the cabinet ready, even dragged the heart and soul of Cutting Edge Butchers out of bed too.

Now home for a quick kip, then back at 5am to start all over again 🤶 🌲
