With the promise of nicer weather coming our way we have decided that we’d like to spend a little more time catching up on our lives away from the shop. With that in mind we are reducing our Saturday hours from this week onwards and will now be closing the store at 1pm. Our normal hours apply on Tuesday-Friday

After a couple of warmer days the spiders seem to have done a lot of moving around and multiplying.

Day 3 of Craft Alive Perth and the sun is finally shining.

These two tired munchkins are heading back to our accommodation and putting our feet up for a bit before we explore Fremantle.

Craft Alive Perth kicks off tomorrow at 9.30 at the show grounds in Claremont.

Our dear friend and customer Lois, who is 88 years young, has completed her That Blooming Quilt totally by hand! This lovely lady does the most superb work and not a sewing machine in sight.

Lois you are quite simply amazing. We love and adore you. Thanks for blessing us with your friendship.

Sharon has learnt something new about her car today. It DOESN’T have a spare tyre!!!!

So close but so far. We are 10 minutes out of Ballarat on our way home from Adelaide and I need to pee😫

We finally had the chance to browse the SA Quilters Quilt Show here Adelaide.

Here is just a few snaps of quilts that took our fancy.

The huge Kawandi quilt was bloody amazing.

We have discovered that “somebody” who shall remain nameless forgot to pack these kits to take to CraftAlive Adelaide.

Due to them not being on display on our stand we have marked them down to just $20!!! Unbelievable!!!
