*Genuine Daihatsu Indonesian ROCKY front door seals

These seals are genuine items,made in Indonesia,however are technically for early f70/75 and are slightly different in design of the rubber down back edge of window frame but will still fit all models,they are nice and soft (not like most aftermarket seals)and moulded corners are the same as j*p spec,these seals are a great option as j*p spec seals are no longer available 😊 check out the comparison pictures to my f78

DL TURBO BLOCK DRAIN
Today I finally got around to modifying a DL non turbo block drain to suit water cooled turbo models,the correct drain is no longer available,I didn’t have any 8mm tube so I machined up a ni**le out of some bar stock,drilled an 8mm hole in the new drain and tig welded it in,luckily I had an old one to get the location and angle of the hole right

Todays progress on the new f78 trailing arms,and a change of direction,just waiting on the shock mounts to be cnc cut so I can fold them.decided to go shs, pie cut and scolloped,production arms I will modify the spring pad to incorporate a tab to weld over the front pie cut and the shock mount I have designed to reinforce the rear pie cut

Next project,new heavy duty trailing arms,I still need to bend the tube,scollop the ends,and have the shock mounts drawn and cnc cut for me to bend up,I’m using a larger and easily accessible genuine Toyota bush and housing,will need to drill the body and diff mounts to 18mm but drill bit will be supplied with the kit
