Made an Immunity Juice in the Thermomix today. I put oranges, carrots, lemon, ginger, turmeric, beetroot and some honey in the Thermomix and once all whizzed up I put it through a fine sieve. I will keep in the fridge and the family can have a glass when they want some.

When everyone is sick in the house and we need something warm and comforting for breakfast, I am so grateful that I have a Thermomix in the house. I can cook a delicious porridge without having to constantly stir it on the stove..

Sweet Corn Fritters for dinner tonight. Such a easy meal to prep in the Thermomix.

Simple but absolutely delicious spaghetti Bolognese.

Amazing Christmas BBQ yesterday with friends yesterday. So easy doing everything in my Thermomix.

Red Lentil Dhal Curry. So easy, feeds a crowd and delicious with some rice, mango chutney and a pappadum.

This meal is done in 30 minutes and is jam packed with yummy flavour, super easy to make and done in just one bowl.

Both my girls loved it 😍 I steamed some broccoli in the varoma to have on the side.

We used our for the first time on the week. It is a wireless meat thermometer. It was absolutely amazing!

We cooked a lamb shoulder in the smoker and it came out perfect. We served it with roast veggies and a salad and dinner was delicious. And the bonus is we have heaps of leftovers for lunch.

The girls had a sleepover tonight so we always asked them what they would like for dinner and 9 times out of 10 it is lasagna and ice cream.

I used to hate cooking lasagna because it too me so long, but now with the Thermomix it is so easy, even hubby can do it. I had appointments this afternoon so he cooked it while having the kids and he even found it easy 😀.

And then after bath time it was quick fruity dream mango flavour in a cone and the sprinkles from coles ( which have no nasty additives and preservatives).

We had some very happy girls and happy parents because it was stress free.

I have included a tiny bit of sauerkraut to help with her gut. I have made it in the Thermomix and it is so easy. It is great to use up cabbage if you have left over from your weekly shop.

Does anyone else’s kids like sauerkraut?

Breakfast on the go smoothie this morning.

I love this smoothie because it is super quick and easy to make, it is jam packed with goodies like flaxseeds, nut butter, and bananas to fill up little bellies to start the day.
