We have been on a bit of a winter hibernation, but will be back in 6 weeks at the Christmas markets!

So we have tried something new...a doggie coat! It's pretty cold and rainy atm and had a few comments about making dog coats, so here we are! (Didn't have a dog model so photo is taken from the net but you get the idea!)

We were so happy last week at the Freo farmers market as we had our first "buy back" customer! Here at Funbum by Hobzee we want to encourage people to bring back their preloved Funbum items so we can buy them back for someone else to enjoy! People returning items will receive 50% of the cost of their item to go towards a new item or can buy back for cash 😊 we recognise that children grow very fast and this was evident with the little one who got these fun llama overalls just before Christmas but now needs a bigger size!
PS. We won't be at the markets today as this week has been very busy with mask making and we need to catch up!

Well it certainly has been a busy sewing week for us! Thanks to everyone who bought a mask to and 😊 Since there have been so many orders we now realise that we won't be able to sew all these donation masks before the mandatory mask restriction finishes. So instead, we are donating 50% of the profit to where they support women fleeing family and domestic violence. Sadly, during a lockdown, violence has been shown to increase when people are in close quarters over long periods. We want to support organisations who are supporting women to find safety. 💜

We have created some fun new "recycled range" items this week. These items are made using fabric which is preloved, found in op shops. We wash the fabric and make it into fresh, fun, new pieces. We are at the and it is beautiful weather down here 🌤️🌻

We have taken some time out from markets to relax and now restock! We are busy busy sewing new items for the new year! We will be back at Freo Farmers Market next weekend (the 10th) and can't wait to see you all there!
