Hi everyone,

As a small business owner and someone who genuinely cares about the safety and satisfaction of my clients and community, I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent thoughts.

While mowing our lawn a few days ago, I discovered screws sticking out of the timber on a path that was installed at our home a while back. Which was the likely culprit for a trip to the vet for one of our beloved pups. I'm glad to report she's happy and just as crazy as ever. Thankfully, the incident resulted in only minor injuries.

As a small business, I want to emphasize that providing a service to our community should always be the top priority. Included in that is the safety of our clients and their properties.

This serves as a reminder that, as small business owners, we face unique challenges, especially during these trying times. Financial constraints can put pressure on businesses to rush certain aspects of their work. However, it is my firm belief that no compromise should be made when it comes to quality and safety. As I said, first and foremost, we're there to provide a service. Finances are important, but they don't come first.

I really believe that compassion, communication, and a good mindset are key to overcoming what I believe to be a growing number of issues.

I don't want this to be a negative post by any means. People are doing it hard and everybody is dealing with their own set of challenges. I just think it's so important to have conversations around these topics and an understanding of the people around us.

Let's continue to build a community together where every small business thrives, while keeping safety and customer satisfaction at the forefront.

These bricks are a great feature. We installed the beading which not only covered that messy plaster edge but is also a great way to get a perfect line beside a rough surface

Timber and white go so well together. The white really helped to open this space up. And a bit of timber is always a great way to bring them cosy vibes 😍
