We have closed tonight to celebrate all our staff. They have worked so hard over the Christmas /NewYear period so tonight we celebrate all there hard work .

Fishermen's Pier is seeking a Qualified Supervisor. And Front of House workers. You must be able to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoon or evening shifts.

SUPERVISOR ROLE

Assist Manager/Proprietor
Maintain a good Rapport with Staff
Responsible for scheduling rosters, stock take and verify staffing levels for shifts. Be able to allocate staff duties during their shift and to make sure all tasks are completed.
Supervise and control all restaurant service areas - ensuring service is prompt, professional and courteous.
Be able to respond daily to all emails and respond to function enquiries.
Have a positive enthusiastic attitude and bring energy, motivation and passion for all things hospitality.
FRONT OF HOUSE.

* Experience needed but willing to train

Fully understand menu and wine items
Take guests food/ beverage orders and input into POS system.
Be confident in suggestively selling menu items, beverages and desserts.
Be able to engage in friendly conversations with guests.
