Today was a great day to celebrate the start of the Junior and Miniroos season which kicks off next week. With over 300 players it was great to have so many families coming together and enjoying our junior and miniroos season launch. A big thank you to our senior players and coaches who came to support our juniors. A big highlight was the senior vs junior mini match. We’re not sure who had more fun, the juniors or the “big kids”. And finally, a massive thank you to our volunteers. An enormous amount of work has been going on behind the scenes to get everything ready for the season ahead. Your time and contribution to our club is second to none. 💙🤍❤️

Yesterday the senior and reserve men took on Lalor away at HR Uren Reserve. Both teams walk away with 3 points with the Reserves finishing 2-1 and Seniors finishing 3-2. UP THE GERS !!

SOPHIA DAY - GAME 3 In the last game of the day our div 1 women took on Barwon at home. After a cold 90 minutes, they came out on top with a 2-0 win and their first victory of the season. Shoutout to young guns Ede and Tiana for their goals this evening. It was wonderful to see our senior men stick around and support the women even joining them to sing the song. We walk away from Saturday with an additional 9 points under the belt, winning 3 of 3. UP THE GERS

SOPHIA DAY - GAME 2 In the second game of the day the senior men looked to add another win to the list when taking on Hoppers Crossing. After a hard fought battle they came out on top for the second week in a row with a 4-0 victory. This brings them up the ladder 1 place as they look to the remaining 4 games of the season to firmly cement their place out of the relegation zone. UP THE GERS!
