🥧 Ham & Leek Quiches. Whoever invented a pastry cup was genius! What I love about a quiche is you can put virtually anything inside them! ✅ Perfect for using up leftovers, you can make your own custom flavours like I did. The leeks were sautéed with thyme until they were soft and buttery and the ham was triple smoked. 😋 It couldn’t be any better after a good sprinkle of Red Leicester cheese and a blast in a hot oven.
