Hey, , wow! what a wonderful from my birthday week! it has been such a fantastic week! as I start off my Sunday in my new twelve month chapter, I really wanted to thank everyone for the amazing support the last twelve months inside and outside the kitchen! there have certainly been a few failures and certainly some tears, but with that being said, the lessions I have learnt during those seasons have definitely made the victories just that little bit sweeter I am definitely excited for what I have planned for the next so thank you food family and happy grilling!

Hey , I am so excited to have picked up some new followers along the way, so I thought I would reintroduce myself! I am Dylan from the Gold Coast in Australia. I fell in love with barbecue and grilling four years ago, and it has become my passion and my lifelong obsession.
when I purchased my first $50 grill in 2019, I had no idea the impact that food and cooking would have on my life and my mental health.
when I first started, I had a single-minded pursuit to learn through trial and error and plenty of mistakes to produce the best barbecue I could possibly cook. almost five years on, and that pursuit still remains, but over the years, my passion has turned towards cooking over fire and argentinian cooking.
