West end Brisbane cleanup.

As a foodie it is hard to look at all the waste. I am currently working floodwork recovery at Rocklea markets Brisbane. So hopefully, we can get this cleaned fast, so then more fruit and veg is available in the supermarkets. All totally destroyed by the Brisbane floods.

Thought and feelings to all Queenslanders at the moment. Devastating flooding in our beautiful state. Keep safe everyone.

I am looking now for a premises, where I can serve you daily the best seafood chowder on the coast, (both manhatten and New England) and also a variety of my dishes. Including, Stroganoff, Gumbo, Feijoada, Jumbalaya, poached mussels and more. If you know your food, and like a variety, you know it’s going to be good.
