This house had the back deck done with retaining wall materials. In the long run it needed replacing and could have voided the termite warranty on the house as it wasn’t built to standard 😕.

Always make sure you check with a licensed builder. The rest of the house was finished with high quality materials. But in a rush to move in the last part of the house with in was this deck was not done properly.
