Just a glimpse of this week’s organising project for our beautiful client in her stunning home. We tackled the kitchen, pantry, gym, guest bedroom, tv room, office/paperwork, garage and 3 storage spaces in the roof and under the stairs. 8 car loads of donations, 1 desk assembly and 1 very happy client. We are headed back at the end of the month to tackle the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. Our client worked so hard to make this all happen, was really engaged in the process and the results speak for themselves. We only have 3 spaces left before the end of the financial year, so if your house needs organising, reach out! We would love to help!

This week during our Whole House Transformation we tackled three spaces for the nicest young family you could ever meet. They were simply amazing in every way and trusted us to implement our vision for the spaces and the results speak for themselves. Below is a short video with before and after pictures of the pantry. I love it and so did our client! Who couldn't love a pantry this beautiful? It's always hard to explain what we do. Our organising services not only increase the functionality of the spaces, but have a massive impact on work flow. It's not just about making a space look pretty, its about increasing storage and creating systems that are practical, functional and easy to maintain. We are always looking to achieve long term solutions for our clients and I think this pantry ticks all the boxes. I will be sharing more from this project over the coming days. I am sad to say goodbye to this stunning space but happy that our clients get to enjoy it in the weeks and years to come. If I could do pantries like this every day for the rest of my life, I'd die a happy woman!! Who else has a pantry they would like to get sorted?

Unrelated to organising, but check out this family on the go. Mum and Dad and 14 baby emus! I have been told this is a sign there is a wet summer coming.

As part of our Whole House Organising Challenge we are hosting a Facebook Live tonight to dicuss all things photo organising, digitising and memory preservation. Join in. I will try and answer any questions at the end of the recording! Hope you enjoy!

This is a short video of a pantry that we did around three months ago. I went back this week to do some maintenance on the kids rooms and play area and thought I'd check how the pantry was looking. Well I'd say it's working pretty well! I love that the client is enjoying using the space and has maintained it for over 3 months. It's a great example of how a pantry can be organised and functional without spending lots of money on storage solutions and matching canisters. Each pantry is different depending on the families needs and the space available. Very rarely is perfection achieved on the first attempt. There are always small adjustments and improvements that can be made. If budget is a concern, storage containers or jars can be gradually replaced over time for a more congruent look. Functionality is always more important than aesthetics in a work space and this is a great example of an organised and functioning pantry in a real home occupied by a very busy family. Sorry about the dodgy video. The client was on a video call and I was trying to speak softly 😂

I have been looking into kids playrooms this week and picked out a few kids tables and rugs that I thought would look great in any playroom! I thought I'd share them with you in case it was something that you were considering doing in your own home.
