On August 3rd, our Paddle 2 Fitness members took on the 14 Beaches, and what a day it was! With perfect 10-15kt SE winds, rolling swells, and 1-3 foot beach breaks, our paddlers faced the exact conditions our programs prepare them for. ๐

Our Story
Paddle 2 Fitness & Surf Ski Coach Podcast
From 1985, I have been involved in water sports and more specifically paddling. Over a 30 year sporting career, I have had the opportunity to represented club and country in sprint canoeing and surf life saving. Halfway through my professional career, I felt myself being drawn to coaching and after retiring from the Australian Institute of Sport Canoe Unit in the mid 2000's, I starting my own professional coaching business called Paddle 2 Fitness. Why? Because I saw a gap in the paddling space for individuals wishing to learn how to surf ski paddle and access professionally written training programs. Paddle 2 Fitness was one of the first professional coaching businesses in Australia and since starting, we have coached thousand's of development, intermediate and elite athletes. Now we see an opportunity in the podcast space with no one coaching paddlers on how to improve their technique. We hope we are able to fill this space and teach you the rights and wrongs of surf ski paddling techniques while helping to improve your surf ski paddling efficiency.
