Solution vs Strength Based Frameworks
You might ask, what Is the key difference between strength-based vs solution-based frameworks? I use different methods depending on the person sitting in front of me. Strength-based is psychotherapy, so it’s more positive psychotherapy or what you can consider positive psychology. In this type of therapy, there is a focus on your strengths rather than your weaknesses, so that your strengths are enhanced and you can move forward in a positive manner. Solution-based frameworks focus more on conflict resolution and using effective communication skills. Hope this helped.
