Chicken Pizzaiolas for dinner tonight. I forgot to take a photo of all of them in the baking dish so just grabbed a pic of this one on Master 12's plate.

I added some spuds to the Varoma tray and also included ham.

Nothing gourmet but a very easy weekday dinner. Next time I'll do thighs though - I always find chicken breasts so dry.

Chocolate Puddings - these were so easy to whip up before dinner. All the ingredients are things I had already which is always a win.

I overcooked a bit 🙄😟 - otherwise there would be the yummy molten bit inside... but they were still absolutely scrumptious 😋

I know this might sound very obvious but just thought I’d share how I clean my Thermomat 😁

It’s easier to lay it out on the bench and give it a wipe/gentle scrub than try to clean it all squashed up in the sink ... I then just rinse it off, lay it out again on a tea towel and roll it up 👍🏼

I delivered a Thermomix this morning and my new customer sent me a photo a short while ago of some Lemonade that she made today !

It reminded me that it’s been SO long since I’ve made a batch... so off to the kitchen I went - 3 lemons, some sugar, water, ice cubes and 5 mins later I’m sitting enjoying a glass 🍋😍 (I may or may not have added a dash of gin at my customer’s suggestion😉😍)

Time for another batch of these 🍩😋
