A handful of op shop and handmade treasures from a wee roadtrip through the Snowy Monaro region to the asapphire Coast.
Yarn and knit are from Made in the Monaro, at Cooma, and the other treasures were picked up in op shops for a few pennies along the way.
Aren't they lovely as a colour palette?
Read and reading. I've revisited Lansquenet-sous-Tannes through Joanne Harris' "The Strawberry Thief" and the 2019-2020 bushfires through Bronwyn Adcock's "Currowan" and read, via , Audrey Magee's "The Colony" and Stacey Halls' "Mrs England". I'm now onto Emily McGuire's "Love Objects".
Have you read any of them? What was it and did you love it? I'm still thinking about "The Colony" and I'll be sharing on "Currowan" at a coming book club. I'd love to hear what you thought. 📚
