System to be installed on the shed this week🤘

⚡️🍃Busy last few days prepping the site for the boys at HV SOLAR to bring in a full OFF GRID setup, consisting of a 23.8kw Solar Array along with 38.4kw of lithium battery storage coupled with a low battery level automatic 12kva generator start.
This is so we can power up 2x houses, 2x sheds 🌞

The team has been working Day & Night on a project at Cardiff to work around our clients business to ensure loss of production is not felt.

Our client was amazed when they had seen the condition of the existing duct work that we recommended to replace.

They have previously had another company completing the regular servicing and informed me that they had no idea the ductwork was this bad

We are ringing all clients back the next business day and finding a lot of the time, people saying

“ It’s all good we found someone else, it was urgent and you didn’t return our call” ☎️

Please leave voicemails and we will call back the urgent clients for emergency after hours works.

Full house re wires - Consumer mains upgrades - commercial compliance testing - New install and repairs of air conditioners or small electrical jobs, it’s all been moving along nicely 😃🥳🙏 We are so proud to be together as a team, with a team that has a positive attitude , there isn’t many tasks that become a hard challenge

Expensive Commercial mishap for one of our clients😬🫣😱

Had complaints that on the warm days the main air conditioning unit is not doing the job for one of our commercial clients.

Found that due to various roof leaks, someone has came through and “ Tek screwed” top hats over tarps to try and stop water leaks, but in doing this they happened to screw into the Coil on the air conditioner, damaging beyond repair and causing all of the refrigerant to leak out.

Even the little things, make a big difference

☀️Out with a couple old, In with a couple new! ☃️The start of our relationship with a hotel chain that has called us for our Reliable, Efficient and Honest Service.

After a very short break, we are back and getting into it straight away ☀️😃

Here is a ducted replacement completed in Thornton today,
This customer opted in for a new Mitsubishi Electric ducted after we found that the old ducted system’s compressor had rusted out causing it to drop its refrigerant charge, we then decided that it was uneconomical to replace the compressor on a unit of its age.

Air con not working???
Yes we understand it’s frustrating but please respect our staff and understand that we are trying our best to get to everyone and we cannot always get systems back operating without needing to order in parts, Parts are also in high demand from unit manufacturers and that is out of our hands.

We are all working extra hours to try and keep up with customer demand, and we want nothing more then to see our existing and potential new clients comfortable.

We have very limited spots available for air conditioning works before Christmas, although we do have a limited few staff that are working around the Christmas period to help out clients in need.

🙏Lucky this customer got onto this sooner rather than later

We reccomended a consumer mains upgrade + new switchboard before we add another Air Conditioner to the customers home,
Understanding that the existing service is very old and outdated they opted in for the upgrade,

Apon disconnecting the old service we found another bad joint in the old junction box connecting to the street.

🤩 3x New Houses (Electrical & Air Conditioning) completed in Lambton for one of our Builders,
We are glad to see the end of this steep driveway 🥳
