Persian inspired dessert made from crispy filo filled with creamy custard, caramelised cinnamon sugar and topped with pistachios, served with chai tea infused apple & pear and creme fraiche on the side. Heaven!

Surprise! Soufra will be joining **o under menu as “Dessert box” to take home or enjoy at the feast!

The box comes with a slice of Soufra topped with Pistachios, served with Meander Valley Creme Fraiche, and Chai Tea Infused Apple & Pear on the sides.
