Throwback to earlier in the year. A bit of an update for the ensuite and a facelift for the kitchen.
A few small changes can have a huge impact.
Garage conversion done earlier this year. Essentially used for storage it now has split rooms to accommodate for various uses.
Garage door replaced with stacked slider. New rear access. Floating floor and well insulated/soundproofed.

Recently completed deck renovation.
Replaced 60m2 of cypress pine decking with spotted gum. Umbrella has been recessed into framing for a seamless look and the pool cover hidden away for a more streamline access around the pool.
There was a fair bit of structural work to be done also due to lack of original construction quality. As there is with many renovations, it's what's underneath that requires the most attention.
The results speak for themselves on this one.
A throwback to earlier in the year.
The workbench was made from recycled Tas oak studs. Designed to show off the sandstone walls and completely flat pack assembled for ease of moving.
Wine rack is black form ply and reo mesh with led lighting. Holds a total of 88 bottles.
A quick little handrail upgrade in between showers. Powder coated aluminium for almost no maintenance versus the original rusted steel.
Some much needed love for this deck. Replaced decking with Karri timber and powder coated aluminium handrail. Ready for the better weather.
From wardrobe to kitchenette.
This was the brief to give part of this house a self contained wing.
